STING agonist-3 is a selective, non-nucleotide agonist of STING with reported pEC50 and pIC50 values of 7.5 and 9.5, respectively. Upon binding to STING, it activates downstream signaling through the TBK1/IRF3 pathway, triggering the transcription and production of type I interferons and proinflammatory cytokines. This activation enhances innate immune responses and promotes antitumor phenotypic effects within the tumor microenvironment. [1][2]
