Biological Activity

SHR2554 is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2). Inhibition of EZH2 leads to a reduction in histone H3 lysine 27 trimethylation (H3K27me3) levels. In preclinical T-cell lymphoma models, SHR2554 displays dose-dependent anti-tumor activity by suppressing cell proliferation and downregulating histone methylation. Additionally, in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell lines, SHR2554 inhibits cellular growth and induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest. [1][2]

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
