Rineterkib hydrochloride is an orally active, potent inhibitor targeting RAF and ERK1/2 signaling. By blocking ERK1/2 kinase activity within the MAPK/ERK pathway, it suppresses downstream signal transduction, reducing cellular proliferation and survival in MAPK-activated cancer models. Inhibition of this cascade impairs oncogenic signaling drives and promotes apoptosis in sensitive tumor cell populations. [1]
