Rezvilutamide (SHR is an orally bioavailable and second-generation antagonist of the androgen receptor (AR) that competitively binds to androgen receptors to prevent receptor activation. Targeted disruption of the androgen receptor signaling pathway blocks downstream nuclear translocation and gene transcription, ultimately suppressing cell proliferation and driving anti-tumor activity in prostate cancer cellular models.
