Remodelin hydrobromide is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of N-acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10). By inhibiting NAT10-dependent acetyltransferase activity, it effectively restores nuclear architecture and reduces nuclear shape deformities in lamin A/C-deficient and progeric cells. Consequently, this targeted intervention decreases DNA damage, enhances cellular fitness, and rescues nuclear defects associated with laminopathies and cellular aging pathways. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
