Pramiracetam is a pyrrolidone-derived nootropic compound that acts as a cognitive enhancer. It modulates central cholinergic pathways by facilitating high-affinity choline uptake in hippocampal neurons. Through these neurochemical mechanisms, pramiracetam significantly improves spatial learning performance and long-term reference memory retention in animal models of cognitive impairment, supporting cognitive recovery following cerebrovascular or traumatic brain injury.[1][2]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
