Polydatin is a natural stilbenoid polyphenol and resveratrol derivative that acts as a modulator of cellular signaling cascades, including activation of the AMPK/SIRT1 pathway. Activation of AMPK/SIRT1 suppresses downstream NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation and NLRP3 inflammasome assembly, thereby reducing pro-inflammatory cytokine production. Additionally, polydatin regulates SIRT1 signaling to attenuate neuroinflammation and suppress oxidative stress pathways in experimental models. [1][2]
