Orelabrutinib is a potent, orally active, and irreversible inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). By covalently binding to BTK, it suppresses downstream B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathways, thereby inhibiting B-cell proliferation, activation, and survival.
