Olodaterol hydrochloride is a highly potent, long-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist. Activation of the β2-adrenergic receptor stimulates adenylate cyclase activity to elevate intracellular cAMP levels, which subsequently triggers protein kinase A (PKA) signaling and downstream airway smooth muscle relaxation. This compound effectively inhibits contractile responses and modulates pulmonary signaling cascades in preclinical models of airway hyperresponsiveness. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
