In vitro

Olivetol inhibits the (S)-mephenytoin 4'-hydroxylase activity of recombinant CYP2C19 with the IC50 value of 15.3μM[1]. It also inhibits the 7-ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase activity of CYP1A1 with IC50 value of 13.8 μM[2].
