ODM-203 is a potent dual kinase inhibitor targeting fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, FGFR4) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3). By simultaneously blocking FGFR and VEGFR receptor tyrosine kinase signaling, it inhibits downstream RAS-MAPK and PI3K-AKT pathways. This dual pathway inhibition suppresses receptor autophosphorylation, endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tumor-associated angiogenesis, ultimately impairing tumor growth. [1][2]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
