Biological Activity

MYCi361 is a small-molecule MYC inhibitor that directly engages MYC with a Kd of. Treatment with MYCi361 disrupts MYC/MAX dimerization, downregulates MYC-driven transcription, and destabilizes MYC protein inside cells. Consequently, MYCi361 suppresses in vivo tumor growth, increases tumor immune cell infiltration, and upregulates PD-L1 expression on cancer cells, ultimately sensitizing tumors to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy. FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
