ML115 is a synthetic molecular probe and potent agonist of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3). Activation of STAT3 induces its phosphorylation, dimerization, and translocation to the nucleus, where it binds to specific genomic DNA response elements to promote downstream gene transcription. This activation modulates essential cellular signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation, survival, and tissue repair mechanisms. [1]
