MK-2461 is a multi-targeted ATP-competitive tyrosine kinase inhibitor primarily targeting c-Met, Ron, and FGFR family kinases. It preferentially binds activated c-Met and effectively inhibits wild-type c-Met as well as oncogenic c-Met mutants. MK-2461 suppresses constitutive and ligand-induced c-Met phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of downstream AKT and ERK signaling, cell proliferation inhibition, and robust in vivo antitumor activity in xenograft models. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
