Biological Activity

Merestinib dihydrochloride is an orally bioavailable multi-kinase inhibitor targeting c-Met (Ki 2 nM), AXL (IC50 2 nM), DDR1, DDR2, FLT3, MERTK, MST1R, and TEK. It blocks receptor phosphorylation, suppressing downstream MET, AKT, and ERK signaling pathways. This inhibition reduces tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, demonstrating potent antitumor activity in xenograft models. [1]
