Tirbanibulin (KX2-391) is a synthetic, peptidomimetic Src inhibitor that targets the peptide substrate-binding site of Src kinase and inhibits microtubule polymerization. By dual-targeting Src tyrosine kinase signaling and microtubule dynamics, tirbanibulin suppresses downstream tumor cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, and cell migration, leading to the inhibition of primary tumor growth and suppression of metastasis in preclinical cancer models. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
