Ordering Information

Biological Activity

KT-413 is a dual-function proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) and molecular glue that degrades interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) as well as transcription factors Ikaros and Aiolos. By promoting target protein degradation through the cereblon E3 ligase pathway, it suppresses downstream NF-kB and IRF4 signaling networks. This targeted degradation leads to strong antiproliferative effects in activated B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells. [1][2]

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
