Biological Activity

INX-315 is an orally active, selective cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) inhibitor exhibiting an ICvalue ofin a NanoBRET assay and-fold selectivity over CDKBy decreasing the phosphorylation of CDK2 substrates, INX-315 induces G1-phase cell cycle arrest and cellular senescence. Downstream, it suppresses tumor growth in xenograft mouse models in a dose-dependent manner, demonstrating preclinical activity in CCNE1-amplified cancers. [1]

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
