Indacaterol Maleate is a potent, ultra-long-acting β-adrenoceptor agonist that selectively targets β2-adrenergic receptors. Upon binding, it stimulates intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) accumulation through adenylate cyclase activation, leading to effective relaxation of airway smooth muscle tissue.
