INCB054329 is a potent bromodomain and extraterminal domain (BET) inhibitor targeting BRD2, BRD3, BRD4, and BRDT. By preventing the binding of BET proteins to acetylated lysine residues on histones, it disrupts chromatin interactions and transcriptional machinery assembly. This suppression leads to down-regulation of oncogenic signaling pathways and downstream targets such as MYC, resulting in inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis in cancer models.
