iCRT3 is a potent Wnt/β-catenin signaling antagonist that inhibits β-catenin/TCF-mediated transcription with an IC50 ofin STF16-luc reporter assays. By directly interfering with the interaction between β-catenin and TCF transcription factors, iCRT3 disrupts downstream Wnt pathway target gene expression. Consequently, this compound suppresses cell proliferation, attenuates β-catenin-driven oncogenic phenotypes, and induces apoptosis in Wnt-dependent cancer cell models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
