Icariside I is a natural flavonol glycoside isolated from Epimedii Folium that promotes cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation. It modulates key signaling cascades, including Wnt/beta-catenin and BMP-2/Smad pathways, to upregulate osteogenic marker expression such as alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin.
