Biological Activity
HGC652 is a TRIM21-dependent molecular glue degrader that targets the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM21 to facilitate targeted protein degradation. By inducing a TRIM21 and NUP98 ternary complex, it drives the ubiquitination and selective degradation of nuclear pore complex proteins, including NUP155. This targeted depletion leads to nuclear pore complex disassembly, nuclear envelope disruption, and subsequent cell death in responsive cancer cells. [1]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
