HA-100 is a broad-spectrum protein kinase inhibitor targeting cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG), cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA), protein kinase C (PKC), and myosin light chain kinase (MLC-kinase). By inhibiting protein kinase signaling pathways, HA-100 blocks granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-induced PKC activation and CD11b upregulation in myeloid cells, while also suppressing cGMP-dependent protein kinase II-mediated GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling to regulate cell proliferation and differentiation.[1][2]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
