GSK2578215A is a potent, selective kinase inhibitor targeting LRRK2 (G2019S) (IC50 8.9 nM) and LRRK2 (WT) (IC50 10.9 nM). By directly inhibiting LRRK2 catalytic activity, it suppresses phosphorylation at key regulatory sites Ser910 and Ser935 in cell and tissue models.
