Biological Activity

Golidocitinib 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoate is a derivative of Golidocitinib acting as an oral, potent, and selective inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1). By targeting JAK1, it suppresses downstream STAT phosphorylation and impairs JAK/STAT signaling pathways, resulting in the inhibition of cellular proliferation and induction of apoptosis in tumor cells, demonstrating enhanced antitumor activity in hematologic malignancies such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma.

FAQ
Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
  • Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
  • Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
  • For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
  • Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
