Flezurafenib is an orally bioavailable pan-RAF inhibitor designed to target wild-type and mutant RAF kinases across the MAPK signaling pathway. By suppressing RAF kinase activity, it blocks downstream phosphorylation of MEK and ERK, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. This compound displays potent antineoplastic effects, particularly in tumors driven by aberrant activation of the RAF/MEK/ERK axis. [1][2]
