EZH2/HSP90-IN-29 is a potent dual inhibitor targeting enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) and heat shock protein 90 (HSP90). By suppressing EZH2 methyltransferase activity and HSP90 chaperone function, it disrupts histone methylation and protein homeostasis, inducing M-phase cell cycle arrest, promoting expression of apoptosis- and necrosis-related genes, and impairing reactive oxygen species (ROS) catabolism. Furthermore, it crosses the blood-brain barrier for glioblastoma research. [1]
