ERAS-4001 is a pan-KRAS inhibitor with potent antitumor activity. It targets the RAS signaling pathway, inhibiting the proliferation of wild-type and mutant KRAS-driven cancer cells, including KRAS G12D, G12V, and G12C variants. By blocking oncogenic KRAS activity, ERAS-4001 suppresses downstream proliferative signaling and impairs tumor growth in GP2D and Panc0403 xenograft mouse models.

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
