EPI-001 is a small-molecule antagonist of the androgen receptor (AR) N-terminal domain and a selective peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) modulator. By binding to the AR N-terminal domain, EPI-001 inhibits AR transactivation and blocks interaction with essential transcriptional coactivators. This disrupts AR signaling, suppresses prostate cancer cell proliferation, and inhibits tumor growth in castration-resistant prostate cancer models. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
