ENMD-2076 is an orally bioavailable multi-kinase inhibitor targeting Aurora A kinase and FLT3, with selectivity over Aurora B as well as activity against VEGFR2, FGFR1, and Src. By inhibiting these signaling pathways, it blocks tumor angiogenesis and proliferation, inducing G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in human cancer cells. Furthermore, ENMD-2076 displays potent preclinical antitumor and antiangiogenic activity across various human solid tumor and hematologic xenograft models. [1][2]
