Endoxifen HCl is an active metabolite of tamoxifen that functions as a potent and selective estrogen receptor (ER) antagonist. It suppresses estrogen receptor-mediated signaling by inducing proteasomal degradation of ERα, thereby inhibiting downstream expression of estrogen-responsive genes. This targeting interrupts estrogen-driven transcriptional programs, resulting in suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation and inhibition of estrogen-dependent tumor growth.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
