DSPC (1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) is a saturated zwitterionic phospholipid helper lipid widely utilized in liposomal and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) drug delivery systems. Incorporating DSPC into ionizable lipid nanoparticles reduces overall lipid molecular mobility and maintains a stable stacked bilayer structure, thereby enhancing nucleic acid encapsulation efficiency and dispersion stability.
