Coenzyme Q0 is a ubiquinone analog that acts as a potent modulator of intracellular redox status and signaling pathways. It suppresses HER-2, AKT, and mTOR signaling to induce ROS-mediated apoptosis and autophagy in cancer cells. Additionally, Coenzyme Q0 exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic effects by regulating NF-κB and AP-1 signaling, stabilizing Nrf2, downregulating MMP-9, and upregulating HO-1. [1]
