Cathepsin Inhibitor 1 is a potent inhibitor of multiple cysteine cathepsins, targeting cathepsin L, cathepsin L2, cathepsin S, cathepsin K, and cathepsin B. By inhibiting these lysosomal cysteine proteases, the compound disrupts intracellular protein degradation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and antigen processing. This pathway suppression attenuates tumor cell invasion, extracellular matrix degradation, and downstream inflammatory signaling cascades. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
