C25-140 is a small-molecule inhibitor designed to target the TRAF6-Ubc13 protein-protein interaction. By directly binding to TRAF6 and preventing its association with the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme Ubc13, C25-140 suppresses TRAF6 E3 ubiquitin ligase activity and blocks downstream NF-kB pathway activation. Consequently, this targeted inhibition attenuates pro-inflammatory cytokine signaling and immune cell activation in primary human and murine cells. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
