Cis-Bac430 is an immunomodulatory compound that promotes the trafficking and infiltration of CD8+ T cells. By mediating the migration of anti-tumor CD8+ T lymphocytes from the periphery to the tumor site, cis-Bac430 increases intratumoral effector cell density. This enhanced cellular recruitment facilitates immune activation within the tumor microenvironment and synergizes with immune checkpoint inhibitors to boost overall anti-tumor immune responses. [1]

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
