ATC-324 is an autophagy-targeting chimera (AUTOTAC) that acts as a potent degrader of the androgen receptor (AR). It recruits the autophagy–lysosomal pathway to induce targeted degradation of AR, thereby decreasing nuclear AR and AR-V7 activity. This selective clearance impairs downstream oncogenic AR signaling and induces cytotoxicity in AR-positive prostate cancer cells. [1]
