ARV-825 is a proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) that selectively targets bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) for degradation. By recruiting BRD4 to the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon, ARV-825 induces rapid, potent, and sustained BRD4 depletion. This targeted protein degradation leads to profound suppression of downstream c-MYC pathway signaling, ultimately inhibiting cell proliferation and triggering apoptosis in various hematological cancer models. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
