ALW II-41-27 is a small-molecule kinase inhibitor that targets Eph receptor tyrosine kinases, showing potent inhibition against EphA2. By suppressing EphA2 kinase activity and receptor autophosphorylation, this compound disrupts downstream Eph receptor signaling pathways. Consequently, inhibition of EphA2 signaling by ALW II-41-27 suppresses cellular proliferation, migration, and invasive capacity in EphA2-expressing cancer cells, highlighting the critical role of Eph receptor signaling in tumor progression.
