Biological Activity
ADH-503 (GB1275) is a small-molecule allosteric agonist of integrin CD11b. By binding to CD11b, ADH-503 enhances CD11b/CD18-mediated cell adhesion and alters myeloid cell trafficking and activation. This activation reprograms immunosuppressive tumor-associated macrophages and myeloid-derived suppressor cells within the microenvironment, reducing pro-inflammatory leukocyte recruitment and suppressing cell migration to regulate immune responses.

Q: Why does a DMSO stock precipitate in media/saline?
A: It is caused by unheated aqueous media (supersaturation), local solvent shock, or incorrect mixing sequence.
How to fix it?
- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
