Bestatin (Ubenimex) is a potent, competitive inhibitor of aminopeptidase B and leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4H). By targeted inhibition of cell-surface aminopeptidases, Bestatin disrupts peptide catabolism and modulates leukotriene-mediated inflammatory pathways. - Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
