OSI-027 is a potent dual inhibitor of mTORC1 and mTORC2 that targets the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) kinase. By blocking both raptor-mTOR and rictor-mTOR complexes, OSI-027 inhibits downstream PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways, resulting in suppression of protein translation and induction of autophagy and apoptosis in cancer cells. Furthermore, OSI-027 suppresses primitive leukemic precursors and exhibits potent antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in leukemic cells.

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
