Naringin Dihydrochalcone is a synthetic dihydrochalcone sweetener and derivative of naringin that functions as an artificial sweetening agent and an inhibitor of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes. By activating the sweet taste receptor heterodimer T1R2/T1R3, it stimulates sweet taste perception with significantly higher potency than sucrose. Additionally, modulation of CYP-mediated drug metabolism pathways and taste receptor activation affects downstream metabolic signaling and sensory perception. [1]

- Preheat media/saline to 37°C.
- Mix rapidly (pipette/vortex) upon addition.
- For complex mixes, always add the aqueous phase last.
- Re-dissolve minor precipitates with a 37°C water bath and sonication (≤30 min).
Pre-aliquoted for Longevity: Solid-state aliquots offer significantly longer shelf life compared to stock solutions, ensuring maximum stability for every use.
