Salary Package
  • As a commission driven position, the salary package consists of basic salary and commission. Basic salary is $3,000/month. The commission is 10% of your sales revenue. Total will be $50,000-$120,000/year. All orders in your territory are included in your sales revenue, no matter it’s an online order or automatic order.
  • According to the history data, our account manager usually achieves the goal, increasing the sales revenue to $60,000 per month, in one year. In that case, the commission will reach $6,000/month.

Requirements:


  • Responsible for the sales of biological reagents in designated territory. Sales Representatives are required to visit both potential and existing customers, continuously seek and explore new leads, as well as maintain and build relationships with customers.
  • Sales Representatives are required to make daily reports to the group leader about working progress. The meetings will be held at night, after daily sales work. Usually, the meeting will last for 30 minutes.
  • All new sales representatives are required to have weekly training. The training consists of product knowledge and sales skills. Every chapter takes for two weeks. The training will be held online.

A: We welcome all who are interested in the position. We will provide a comprehensive sales training system and cover all things even if you don’t have any life science background or sales experience.


Q: What is the daily life of this position?


A: Our clients mainly are in universities and institutes. We will provide the portfolios of clients before you join us to help you start your job. Sales representatives are required to have a daily visit to at least 10

labs in their territory, record the daily visit, and have a daily report to the group leader.


Q: What can I achieve from this job?


A: This is a great opportunity for candidates who have no life-science background and want to enter the biochemistry industry. What you can achieve is not only basic product knowledge, but also the methods

to reach out to academic clients.

A: Two rounds in total. The HR team will keep you posted on the next step.

Q: Do I need to travel?


A: You don’t need to travel across cities. For instance, if you are located in Boston, you will be assigned a territory like Harvard University Medical School. All your clients are in this territory.


Q: Do I need to go to office?


A: Our office is based in Houston. For sales representative, it’s not required to go to office. We will deliver all the materials to you.
