 1.75mg/ml (9.99mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 35 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

Biological Activity

Description Indole-3-acetic acid (indolylacetic acid, 1H-Indole-3-acetic acid, indoleacetic acid, heteroauxin, IAA) is the most common plant hormone of the auxin class and it regulates various aspects of plant growth and development.
In vitro Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) induces cytotoxicity in fibroblasts, neutrophils, and several cancer lineages in vitro.
In vivo IAA administration in pregnant rats during days 12-14 might selectively affect the S phase neurons and lead to their apoptosis in the neuroepithelium. It induces microencephaly in rats.
