Biological Activity

Description Indocyanine green(Cardiogreen) is a cyanine dye that binds to plasma proteins and lipoproteins. It is used in medical diagnostics. It is used for determining cardiac output, hepatic function, and liver blood flow, and for ophthalmic angiography. Indocyanine green-photodynamic therapy(ICG-PDT) induces apoptosis in HGF cells at transcriptome level.
