Biological Activity
| Description | Sirtratumab Vedotin (ASG-15ME), is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of SLTRK6 (SLIT and NTRK like family member 6, "SLIT and NTRK-like family, member 6") and cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It delivers a small molecule microtubule-disrupting agent, monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), to tumor cells expressing SLITRK6. SIRTRATUMAB VEDOTIN has the potential for Bladder Cancer, Metastatic urothelial cancer research. |
