1.25mg/ml Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL 25 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL Tween-80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify it; then continue to add 500 μL ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

Biological Activity

Description

MRTX1133 is a highly selective inhibitor of mutant KRAS G12D and can reversibly binds to the activated and inactivated KRAS G12D mutants and inhibit their activity. The specificity of MRTX1133 to KRAS G12D is more than 1000 times that of wild-type KRAS.

MRTX1133 not only possesses single-digit nM potency in a cellular proliferation assay, but also demonstrates tumor regressions in the Panc 04.03 xenograft model.
In vivo

MRTX1133 is a highly selective inhibitor of mutant KRAS G12D and can reversibly binds to the activated and inactivated KRAS G12D mutants and inhibit their activity. The specificity of MRTX1133 to KRAS G12D is more than 1000 times that of wild-type KRAS [2]
