Description Adjudin (AF-2364), a potent male contraceptive, is a potent blocker of Cl⁻ channels. Adjudin exhibits anti-inflammatory properties by suppression of NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation and DNA binding activity as well as ERK MAPK phosphorylation.
